What is a Jane's Walk?
Jane's Walk is an annual festival of free, community-led walking conversations inspired by Jane Jacobs. These walks take place in hundreds of cities around the world, and they encourage people to share stories about their neighbourhoods, discover unseen aspects of their communities, and use walking to connect with their neighbours.

Who is Jane Jacobs?
Jane Jacobs (1916-2006) was a writer, urbanist and activist who championed the voices of everyday people in neighbourhood planning and city-building.
