529 Garage is a free online bike registry that communities and law enforcement across North America offer to help deter bike theft. You can register your bike for free, include photos and details. If your bike is stolen, report it to the RCMP and then update your bike on the 529 Garage app as "stolen". Other Bike registries will also pick up your stolen bike info, the police can check the registry for details, and people buying bikes can look them up on the registry to see if they are listed as stolen.
The CACPC works with the City of Red Deer and the RCMP to provide this program to residents. Please register your bike today! |

Shield Placement
The preferred location for the Shield is facing forward on the seat-tube (not the seat-post) just under the top tube. The 3M backing cures over time, so it may take two hands to keep it straight while placing it on. |
