Touch-A-Truck is a family-friendly event that gives kids of all ages a chance to see some of their favourite trucks, tractors, & vehicles up close, and interact with RCMP, EMS, Firefighters, & MORE!
Jane's Walk - May 25, 2024
Jane's Walk is a free, community-led walking conversations inspired by Jane Jacobs to encourage people to share stories, and discover unseen aspects of their communities.
Graffiti Clean Activities
The Centre coordinates volunteer Graffiti Clean events, sponsored by the Downtown Business Association, in the downtown core, and as part of their random acts of kindness will help residents remove graffiti when possible. 
Annual "HUGE" Garage Sale
This is a major fundraising event for our organization. We collect donated goods throughout the summer, and then host weekly garage sales from mid-June to the end of  August. All proceeds go to the Central Alberta Crime Prevention Centre.

Each summer CACPC staff plan and host a variety of activities that include bike registry events, placemaking events, adopt a park, graffiti cleaning, and more...​
Charity Checkstop - Coats for Kids
​Drivers are encouraged to pull into the dedicated charity checkstop lanes on Taylor Drive to donate gently used winter clothing and items for kids or adults, or make cash donations for crime prevention.
