529 Garage Bike Registry
529 Garage is a free online bike registry that communities and law enforcement across North America offer to help deter bike theft. You can register your bike for free, include photos and details. If your bike is stolen, report it to the RCMP and then update your bike on the 529 Garage app as "stolen". Other Bike registries will also pick up your stolen bike info, the police can check the registry for details, and people buying bikes can look them up on the registry to see if they are listed as stolen.
ProtechDNA Microdots
Once you receive your kit, you will register online (FREE). There are about 100 microdot applications in each pouch. They are heat resistant and can be used on vehicle parts such as catalytic converters!
There are free kits you can order online, and when you register, you will receive a prompt asking you if you want the free kit. That is an option, however, you will have to pay shipping and duty plus the US Exchange rate. It can take several weeks for your product to arrive.
